ABOUT THE PLATINUM PARTNER PROGRAM

The Platinum Partner Program operates on a points-based system. Dealers earn points for every product purchased. Accumulated points can be redeemed as cash rebates (credit notes only), which can be used to directly offset against future appliance purchases from Platinum Impex.

By offering tangible incentives and supporting our partners, the Platinum Partner Program aims to boost sales and foster long-term growth for both Sigma Appliances and our valued wholesale partners.

POINT ACCUMULATION

  • Base Points: Base points will be earned on the purchase amount (value). Every GHS 100 spent equals 1 platinum point (PP).
  • The minimum point: The least points a dealer can accumulate to be eligible for redemption at the end of the year is 5,000 platinum points (equivalent to 500,000 yearly turnover).

 

POINT VALUE

Every GHS 100 spent by a dealer in purchasing appliances will be equivalent to earning 1 Platinum Point.

  • GHS 100 spent on purchasing Sigma Appliances = 1 Platinum Point

 

REWARD SEGMENTATION

Dealers will enjoy up to 1% cash rebates on their total annual turnover. The cash rebate is only redeemable towards credit notes and not in cash!

  • Platinum (160K platinum points and above): 1% rebate on total turnover
  • Gold (80K – 159.9 K platinum points): 0.9% rebate on total turnover
  • Premier (40K- 79.9K platinum points): 0.8% rebate on total turnover
  • Silver (20K to 39.9K platinum points): 0.7%rebate on total turnover
  • Bronze (10K – 19.9K platinum points): 0.6% rebate on total turnover
  • Amber (5K – 9.9K platinum points): 0.5% rebate on total turnover

 

REDEMPTION PROCESS

  • Rebates shall be redeemed in the form of credit notes only into the wholesaler’s account.
  • Points will be redeemed within a month after the end of year reports have been shared or as agreed with the management of Platinum Impex.
  • Points earned from sales that are subsequently returned will be deducted from the year-end total accumulated points.
